Education, for us, doesn’t mean only imparting bookish knowledge. We emphasize on the holistic development of each child so that they not only think of getting better job opportunities but also be the owners of industries. We aim at helping students be the most that they can be.
We follow the philosophy of educating the whole person, beyond core academics. We realize that students need more than just a strong foundation in a core curriculum. They need to be supported by a community and develop a compassionate understanding of the world around them.
To achieve this objective, students are assessed on specific rubrics to know their strengths and weaknesses. They are further assessed on multi-skill parameters on 360 degree basis for finding out their innate potential, skills acquired and emotional intelligence. The result of these assessments is shared with each child’s parents whereby, we get a chance to know what we as teachers can do to help the child in improving his/her area of concern. A comprehensive understanding is thus used for enhancing necessary life skills in every child. This also helps students to improve their educational outcomes and gain the life skills necessary to take on a successful professional career.
